Bug and feature request for playback speed control

Hi,

I'm actively using speed control fearure, I guess not the most popular one, but still I'm experiencing a bug. If I put playback on pause and turn off the screen (or goes of by timeout), when I return to playback, the speed control still shoews the last value, but the actual speed gets reset to 100%.

That was the bug. Now regarding the feature request.
Whould you be so kind to to make playback speed control to preserve it's settings across next/previous clips?
