Default BS Player Pro - Choppy video

How do BS Player pro users request technical support?! I have tried to send them a technical request and i keep receiving the message " email doesn't have valid BSPlayer PRO license"....and there is no option to register my pro copy of BS player anywhere?!?! It is the same email address I used to purchase my pro copy?!?

Anyway... my question is:

I mainly use BS player for streaming videos from the internet/network (via a URL address.)

However after continuous play of about 20 mins, the video and audio starts to get choppy and eventually stops. This has nothing to do with the data connection strength as it is strong throughout.

I am using a Samsung Galaxy S4, Android 4.4.2.

My settings for the BS player pro are:

Video Decoding : Drop frames if behind
Hardware Decoding : BS Player Engine
Use Alternate HW Decoding mode - Enabled
Network Buffer Size - Large
Enable Pre-Buffering - enabled
SMB timeout 60 seconds

Any help or advice would be great.

Thank in advance.
