Default Bug with real media files

I have installed k-lite mega and my WMP does play .rmvb files, but my BSplayer doesn't.

This is the sequency of errors i get:

Then I click "Ok"

"Find Codecs"

I've tried to reinstall BSplayer and K-Lite but I with no success.
What can I do?
Thanks for your time.

Usually, that message pops up when there is no splitter in the system that BSPlayer can recognise and use.
Maybe you can send me a PM with a download link....

I've always and consistently advised against using codec packs!
What OS are you running and what version/build-number of BS.Player are you using?
As a purchaser of Pro-version you're entitled to get direct e-mail support by BS.Player team.
You can contact them overhere: www.bsplayer.com
