You've got an older version. Download and install the latest version (build) directly from the creator's site: http://www.bsplayer.org/html/download.php Further check your settings on the "Options"/"Preferences"/"Video"-tab and e.g. try different settings for overlay.  PS: Maybe you also need an update of your DivX codec.
