zidane is an unknown quantity at this point

now with directX 9 its worst....now i cant even see the videos

it says.....unknown file format :? :? before...i didnt had this error... :? i could at least see them :? what do you think i should do now? all i think is uninstalling directX 9 and putin the 8.0 back....but i dont know if i can do that :? anyway, is there something else i could do?
