 Overlay Failed.  |

It means that "overlay failed" and that you have to change setting of "Use overlay" in "Options"/"Preferences"/"Video"

Whats "overlay" and i always use mode 1 and now it appear that and what the difference between mode 1 and mode 2?

Use "Search"-button and you'll find loads of posts on this item! E.g. http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?p=2287#2287 (P.S. Did you already try to deselect/uncheck "Use overlay .."?)
