| Hello! The videos with "png" codec (in .mov (quick time) container) cannot be played. Zoom Player and VLC Player can play these files. I tried to enable the CorePNG codec in ffdshow, but that didn't help much. In ZoomPlayer there is an option for using the installed quicktime component. Which codec should I install? (I attached the MediaInfo informations.) Thanks |

Strange thing. Not even with QTAlternative installed, BSPlayer won't play the file. Instead MPC (some 2006 buld and Graphedit-2002 version)play the file with no problem. MPC uses it's internal decoders (unavailable) while GraphEdit uses LAV splitter and LAV decoder. Why BSPlayer doesn't use LAV..that's a mistery ![]() My guess...this format isn't supported anymore. |
