BS playerPRO can't find subtitles

Hello, I've always used subtitle search on a regular BS player but after I've installed BS player PRO it hasn't worked there. When I click on the search button it just says that subtitles are not found and it's happening on every video. This is happening for a few months now and I can't find a solution, I've tried to adjust some settings about languages and so but nothing happened.
I appreciate any possible help.
