Player Crashes when trying to play video

MP3s work fine.

I did try full uninstall and deleted all settings from personal folder too.

My codec manager looks like this.

When I click the red ones and install selected, nothing happens.

When I click all and install selected this happens (again and again)

Windows 8.1 I should also mention that it used to work in the past (many months) but I updated it and it stopped working
