Default build 810: jumpto time

I frequently use the jump to time ([Ctrl]+ J) to skip intros or skip ahead a certain amount of time. This error has occured in previous versions, then got fixed (not long ago) and now occurs again:

it will only use the first two digits of any second time (not sure about minutes or hours). What i mean is say you wish to skip ahead 90 seconds, and you're at 00:00:21. What i want to do is add 90 and skip to 00:00:111, but that skips to 11 seconds, when it should really skip to 00:01:51
