Usually it's the AC3. The default values are quite low. Find the AC3 settings in either your start menu or control panel and shove the main slider up a few notches. Or you opened the audio equalizer (alt+g) by accident a while back and changed something. |

well, i just opened bsplayer and press alt + g the equalizer menu and there i just move up the " Preamp " bar to the max and it works. Is that enough or do i need to touch something else like ac3 ? |

You've found it. Pre-amp works just fine. Additionally you can also move the sliders Master Gain up (+20dB) in AC3-filter. Similarly at tab [Equalizer]. (You have to switch Equalizer on at south-west corner). PS: Note settings of AC3 filter v0.70b only have effect for movies with AC3 sound!.
