Default BUG in Subtitle Editor on BS.Player 2.22

When I try to load .SUB subtitles in Subtitle Editor with no started movie in background the Editor does not display the timings. Its only display 00:00:00.000 at every line.
Another bug in the Editor is that I can't save the the loaded subtitles while a movie is played in background.

Default Subtitle editor - Save option grayed out

BSPlayer 2.22 PRO, subtitle editor.

I am not able to save subtitle when editing existing one, the save option is grayed out. The save option seems to be active only when starting subtitle from the scratch.

Similar as this post. Because text-based .sub-subtitles use framenumbers to decide when to start and stop displaying a subtitle, the number of fps of the source (movie)file must be known, to be able to convert framenumber-data to movietime-data.

Yes, I'm agree with you, but in older versions the timings was displayed independently of that a movie is played in background or not.
