Hi, I have an Inspiron 9400 (almost the same as your XPS unless the chassis and leds) with a 7900GS (same family as your graphic card) and I have no problems in running this player, but I never tried Vista 64bit

Have you tried to uninstall it (remember also to remove all settings files) and then reinstall it? Tried other versions? What error message you got? BSplayer's error message window or Windows one? And the error message says? Do you get this error message just by starting the app, or when you start playing a video file?

I'll send a private message to a BSPlayer team member to solicit a reply to your help requests, I'm sure you'll find a way to make it work, but I doubt you can have your money back (even if I'm not sure since I'm not a BSP team member)

And remember to answer my questions ;)
