Default [SOLVED] BS Plyer unable to play its own CHF file

I downloaded and using veriosn 2.31 build 974, 05 Sep 2008, when watching an AVi I set series of bookmarks, I then edited the book marks to exported as chapters, this worked OK.

The I tried to play the saved file I got an error

BS.Player cannot play the media file.
You don't have necessary codec installed, file may damaged or not media file.

Click 'Find codec' to try to find codec.

If I saved the file on my current PC, then tried to play the file on the same PC, why

Thanks for your help

Paul

BS.Player can't "play" .chf files, these are auto loaded when you open a multimedia file (.avi, .mpg...) in the same folder as a . chf file.

All you need to do is open the avi, and BS.Player will auto load chapters from chf file (if it is present in the folder where the avi is).
