Default Movies with AC3 codec just working on 2 Speakers

I have 5.1 Sound Systems and I don't know why movies with AC3 codec doesn't output the sound on all 5 it's just 2 Front!!!

I'm working on BSplayer PRO 2.40 and K-Lite Codec Pack 4.8.5 with the latest updates and made the ffdshow play the AC3 codec.

If ffdshow is set to decode AC3 streams, then you must configure it's output to 5.1. Same thing should be done when using AC3Filter.

With an appropriate videofile loaded I would suggest:
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
click "[+] ffdshow Audio Decoder", then "ffdshow audio"
Now (assuming that you didn't previously change other relevant settings) look at the settings under Mixer and Output (at the bottom of the list at right).

PS: Using AC3 filter myself, so I've no experience with ffdshow audio for AC3

Doesn't seem selected.
Also: are you 100% sure this is the ffdshow used by BS.Player?
To be sure follow my "route".

PS: Using AC3 filter myself, so I've no experience with ffdshow audio for AC3

I do not see in your images any ticked boxes; choices made for unselected items will have no effect.

If you use FFDshow, you should have "Mixer" box thicked and select 5.1 config:
