Version tested:
PRO 2.43 Build 1008
Notes: As you can see, this M2TS file have 3 different tracks (english TrueHD, another english track, plus portuguese). BSPlayer can only recognize two (one english, one portuguese). And not only that - BSP can't display any subtitles.
MPC-HC can do both things.

Any idea what's going on here?
Notes: The subtitles can only be displayed while using MPC if VMR9 renderless or Haali's Video Renderer is enabled. Otherwise, "Overlay" will not display anything. And this is how MPC is configured:
My guess is that you need to develop some source-filter who deals with those sort of subtitles (in the image above, it must be called "MPEG PS/TS/PVA" - I guess if it's disabled, it won't show them). Before you ask me, I already have a MPEG-2 codec installed on BSP Pro.
Or maybe I need to activate Haali Media Splitter to manage those embedded subtitles on BSP?
The M2TS file above was generated by TSMuxer from the already decrypted Blu-ray files from a movie. It would be nice if future BSP versions were able to show those subtitles and all movie soundtracks. I don't have any idea why the other track was not listed, because it's there.
Pic from MPC-HC:
I also noticed this second english track is very calm/quiet, difficult to hear, compared to the TrueHD one. But I am not sure which one BSP is using. Cycling audio streams in BSP will only give me one english and one portuguese track.
