It's not entirely up-to-date.
It is up-to-date until build 500.
The addition made in build 501 is not included.
(I'm also waiting for it as I do the Dutch language file) 
By the way, there is also a Spanish language file which is made for build 499 (and which should therefore also be OK for build 500) look here
