Default subtitle .SMI format

Hi,

I just tried the subtitle function, it's very handy.

But some subtitles I downloaded are in *.smi format, which is not supported by BSplayer(v1.00.800).

I tried to transform *.smi into *.srt (with VOBSUB's tool: Subresync), the subtitle shows but when I wanted to make "subtitle time correction", there came an "BSplayer error".

After that I transformed *.smi into *.sub, this time BSplayer works fine.

Hope BSplayer will support *.smi in future version, since in order to do that transforming, VOBSUB must be installed, and VOBSUB will automatically start, and so 2 same subtitles will appear.

Regards,
wyf.

There are many subtitle convertors easy to use. But .smi format is designed only for WMP.

Ok thanks.
I tried subsync and subtitle workshop. But errors occured again when I was trying to adjust subtitle time. Maybe that's because *.smi is designed only for WMP?
