Check-out the information in BSPlayer's subfolder "sdk". (Post linked to under Miscellaneous item (d) "Girder/WinLIRC" close to the bottom of my Help2Help-post may perhaps also be of interest to you?)

In fact, i already use girder with DVDSpy but DVDSpy don't catch BSPlayer events anymore ... I never devel in C++ under Windows ... That's the point :/ The matter is i use a special LCD drived with a homebrew soft in python ... I would like to grab data from BSPlayer via socket (use less resource than open/close a flat file) to display them on the LCD [in fact it's not exactliy a LCD but a Vacuum fluorescent display] . ++ Malphas |

Malphas, Like BSPeter said : all the info is in the SDK directory. All you have to do is send a message to BSplayer and it will return the information. Maybe you find some useful information in this topic : http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?t=5243 I know it's C++ related, but you just need to find out how to get the handle to the BSPlayer window and how to send messages in your programming language.
