Unfortunately you can't at this moment... I think that the Playlist should automatically load only the filetypes tagged in the File types preferences section (CTRL+P -> File types) Thread moved to Features requests section

No problem there whatsoever; now let's just keep our fingers crossed that the new version (still in beta-status at present) will indeed solve this issue.

I tried with the previous beta and it didn't solved the issue.. I hope to have time to test the new beta which has been released yesterday
