Question Huge gap between music volume and voice volume

I did a clean install to Windows 7 so after that I had to install BS again. Now I'm faced witrh the fact that the sound volume of music in a movie is really good, but the voices are really REALLY low. Any fix?

Without further info I can only ask you if you're already using BS.Player's equalizer?

Yes I do. I boosted the volume to max and changed some frequency, which did help a little, but there's still a gap.

Can you tell us which filter it's used to decode audio (AC3Filter ?). If so, can you tell us the way it handels the decoding (matrix used, bass redirect...)

Do you mean I should tick Enable advanced graph building? That's already done.

No adicoto meant to indicate how to find what he previously asked:

i.e. as follows (with a file loaded):
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced
(clicking on the [+]-signs will reveal further info and/or options)

Well, I can't find no filter options there. I went to Options --> Preferences --> Filter Management and there isn't any filter chosen.

Well then maybe try like I said (with a media-file loaded):
(rightclick >) Options > Filters > Advanced [(Ratón Derecho >) Opciones > Filtros > Avanzado]
(and NOT Options --> Preferences --> Filter Management)

If you still cannot find ... well ... I give up.

So: (correct =) (Ratón Derecho >) Opciones > Filtros > Avanzado
N o t : (Ratón Derecho >) Opciones > Preferencias > Control de filtros ! (= incorrect!)

I don't think you understand what I'm saying, so I'll repeat just one more time:

IT's NOT THERE.

Thank you.
