Default [SOLVED] No audio on .mov file

here we go:

.mov has perfect video but no audio. It does play in VLC (etc).

Looking at the codecmanager.exe, there seems to be all the internal codecs needed (all are green).

When I right click and go to advanced -> fliters
I have:

.

I had a Finalcodec pack that I just uninstalled because it didn't allow me to internally install the ac3. I'm going to need to reinstall the finalcodec in order for my other program (LEDstudio) to operate. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Default Codecs are always an issue

Read some other posts and decided to delete Nero's codec and now I have audio.

Best of luck to others.

Default

Thanks for sharing your information with us!
Perhaps just blacklisting (or adjusting priority) of Nero's codec in BS.Player's "Filter management" would have the trick as well.

(P.S.: I marked the thread as SOLVED)
