Default Ogg Audio Problems

Hi all,

maybe someone can help me, or experienced equal problems.
OK, lets start...

I use BSplayer 086.493 and OggDS 0.9.9.5. If i play any video with ogg audio the sound is very choppy. I would have tried bsplay 086.494, if the download link would work.

I tested the same files on other players like WMP 6, where i did not had this problem, so is there any solution to solve it? Or does anyone have a download link for the 494 version?

So long,
Luciver

Hint: I searched the forum and did not find anything that is related to my problem! ;)

I have the same problem and I use the v.494 with OggDS0995.

I stop trying to play ogm with BSPlayer. I use ZoomPlayer or WMP though I'd rather used BSPlayer...

Hi,

Have you tried to change your sound device ? I had a very buggy/"choppy" sound with my "C-Media Wave Device" (my soundcard) when playing .ogm files, but not with other video programs. I simply changed it (Option>Audio>Output Device) to "Default DirectSound Device" and now it just works fine
