Possibly you (inadvertently) changed definition of the default keys? (rightclick > Options > Preferences > Key definitions & WinLIRC Note different keys can be defined for [Windowed mode] and [Full Screen mode] Maybe select the feature ("Capture frame - original image size" resp."Resize movie window +/-") and click on [Reset to Default]
