How can I fix this problem?

I get it in some .mkv files, not all of them.

Is it OK while playing in other players?

You can check out related file information by mediainfo...

Yes, I've tried other players, and with them I had no problem.
Unfortunately, I don't have those files anymore, I used another player, and deleted them after.
It's not a big problem for me, as I can use those players again, but for you it kinda is, because almost all high quality movies are .mkv files.
I told you this because I like using BS Player more.

i have the same problem here while playing mkv files.
the picture looks the same as the image that S.Valentim as posted .
