Depending on version you're using you could use several Winamp2 DSP plugins (but I havn't got any working in the builds I'm using at present): http://forum.bsplayer.org/viewtopic.php?p=11681#11681

I don't use Eq. Used Enhancer 0.17 in previous versions, but it's not relly an Eq. Maybe a Dee version? Look here
