Default Capture frame

Hello. When i go to see a capture frame, image is defective, something like lines with colours...... it's not seen nothing.....do you know why? and what can i do to repair ?

I did all you say but didn't get it...... i still see horrible the image and changing options, when the image is captured...i'm gonna see it but only says.....image with no image of course.......This seems too complicated to resolve....i don't know what to do

Default About Capture Frame..........Resolved!!

I got it at last, to change a lot of options and after. I'm gonna tell you what i did because it can help to others.

right click / options / preferences / General / captured in software.......format YV12 and YUY2 both selected......image format jpg
Video / randering / desactive format YV12 ( no selected )......... Use overlay mode 1 ( selected )

I got it in this manner.....good luck!
