Aaagghhhh!!!!!

I recently installed the latest version of BSP. I used to run ver .086 (?) without any problems. Now as IÂ´m trying to watch a movie, the picture is stretched and placed at the top of the window (see att.). I have tried numpad 5, but it is still the same. Help me!!
