can't open quicktime movies I used to be able to open quicktime movies in BSPlayer (.mov files), but now it says acciess violation in module "NDParser.ax". Anyone can help me figure out how to let it work again? Thank you! Madocw |

Error-message refers to nerodigital-parser (mp4/avi/mov). Maybe adicoto can shed some light on this?

Nero decoders are not supported by BSPlayer, as far as I can see, when updating nero, all decoders are screwed up. Nero decoder is replacing filters and became prefered decoder for MP4, AC3 and so. But with no use, as BSPlayer can't handle it. Try to unregister nero filters or delete them from c:\program files\common files\ahead.

You can unregister filters directly from BSplayer. Open BSplayer's Preferences window (right-click -> Options -> Preferences), then go to "Filter management" and once there select the tab "Filter manager". Here you can select the filter you want to unregister and then press the button "Unregister filter". If you want to restore that/those filter/s you can simply select the unregistered filter and press the button "Re-register filter".
