Have you uninstalled BSplayer prior to install it again? If not (the problem doesn't resides in this procedure, but uninstalling may solve your problem) try to uninstall BSplayer, then reinstall it.. Delete also the BSplayer.USER_NAME.xml file that is placed in the BSplayer installation directory. Try to do this and then report what happens
