Type of subs? External filter(s) used?
Read item (9) of my Help2Help-post.

I have the same problem with playing .sub files to my films (which are .avi (Xvid or divX)). .srt files works just fine and BSplayer finds them automatically, but when the subtitles are .sub files they won't even load when I do it myself...
Any ideas how I can fix this?
