Default How do I center resized window in fullscreen mode?

When I view video clips I like to do it in full screen mode with black edges around it. When I enter fullscreen mode the video fills the screen (or is not resized if I choose that option). Then I use the resize function to make it smaller, and it places itself in the top left corner of my screen.

Is there a way to make the video be in the center of my screen. Can I open a video, zoom to 123,5% and then enter a full screen mode where I see my video at 123,5% of the original size, with black background around it?

Choose a display resolution which is equal to or (a little) greater than the video size. If you have a CRT monitor, it will look much better than resizing. If "do not resize video in full screen" is OFF, then you must be able to also zoom in and out manually.

I don't know how you managed to "decentrize" your video, but not matter what is its placement, you should be able to move it around using keyboard keys "move picture up/down/left/right". Buggy drivers for Win98 (if you are using it) can cause video not always to be placed and/or scaled as expected.

By default they are:
NumPad 8
NumPad 2
NumPad 4
NumPad 6

Take a look at "Key definitions & WinLIRC" section in Preferences window
