IMHO, the audio quality produced by the Pacemaker and Fourier Pitch/tempo Control are rubbish compared to Chronotron, which in turn is rubbish compared to 2xAV, which again in turn is rubbish compared to almost any formant correct time scaling / pitch correction VST plugin (not necessary real-time) or Creative Sound Blaster Audigy series of cards with EAX providing the time scaling.
