Default Slutter and jerkiness in Xvid in first seconds of play

I wrote this issue as a bug at this link: http://www.bsplayer.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=12149 and i wanted to write here again.

After opening Xvids (latest XviD-1.1.2-01112006.exe is installed) in first seconds of play the video loses syncro and HDD activity increases and the movie slutters.

I tried this issue on several computers with the same result

Sometimes it happens in Windows Media Player but very rarely.

What is the reason? Is there any way to get rid of it?

Specs: AMD Sempron 3100+ , 8 months old 60GB Hitachi HDD, 512MB ram, SIS 32MB VGA shared on laptop.

I strongly think that is Xvid specific related to the codec but i could not find an option or solution to solve jerky playback in the first few seconds of play.

Checking ''compatibility renderer'' did not help in Xvid's configuration window.

A suggestion in here for K-Lite but which version: http://forums.extremeoverclocking.co...-t-127833.html

Thank you.
