Maybe you should have your keyboard repaired (or alternatively buy a new one). It seems that your Caps-Lock-key is in a locked status permanently.

ac3 sound
Hi, I had a problem where no sound was played with AC3 soundtrack. When running with admin privileges it was OK, but not as normal user. I opened regedit as admin and added the Users group with full control to the HKCU\Software\AC3Filter key. |

Actually, my previous post did not work properly. After I got tired of looking for the wrong setting or user right, I exported all the below registry keys from the admin profile and imported them in the user profile. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\AC3Filter HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\BST This of course does not apply to people using their PC's logged on as an admin user all the time. I only log on as local admin to install new SW then I always log off and back on as a simple user to use the PC. |
