My font was Arial Bold 22 Cyrillic, I switched to Batang Bold 22 Cyrillic and now it is ok. At least the problematic part of the movie is ok...

Thanks to all for the replies. I've removed haali media splitter and installed Lazy Man's MKV 1.0.1 alpha 8 for the *.mkv files. And now everything seems ok.
