subtitles are cut off left and right (cropped subtitles)

I am with 2.22 now and the problem is still not fixed. Before I thought it was only me but now I know more and more people have this problem. So if developers reading this or moderators to forward this to the developers the bug is this:

Subtitles are cut off left and right (sides) sometimes using foreign language subtitles (non-english)

I will post this in the bug section too.

Workarounds should be to remove haali media splitter, don't use Bold subtitles, use different font, but this is not problem solving the developers should fix this.
