Default Manual subtitle time correction works in FREE but not in PRO

For some reason the manual subtitle time correction does not work in PRO, but it works fine in the FREE version. I can adjust the seconds, but in PRO, it does nothing, but works fine in FREE. Anyone know why this might be?

PRO is v2.51 build 1021, but v2.50 had the same problem.
Free is the latest, I just downloaded yesterday.

Actually the latest now is version 2.51 build 1022 (I think made available both Pro and Free from sometime yesterday). [That's why we continue to ask users to always provide the Pro/Free-version and build number in all their posts.]
