Subtitle issue!

So I have a problem with the subtitles,this was never happen before,and then I reinstall my windows and install BS Player and all of the sudden I can't watch a movie with bulgarian subtitles!Only some symbols showed up,I did all the settings needed Chyrllic is set in the font settings and still some symbols instead of normal subs!This happens every time on every movie,with other players subs work normal,but not with my FAVORITE ONE!So please if somebody can help,not only the subtitles but the whole properties menu is shown as lines instead of words!So is there any problem with the program or is it the Windows 7 Home Premium fault!?
Cause this OS doesn't support language packs,so is that the problem,but why only on BSPlayer,why every player opens the subs but BS can't!?Any solution!?

Control Panel -> regional and language options -> administrative -> language for non-unicode programs -> change system locale and select Bulgarian. Apply, restart computer.
