BS player doesn't work v 2.52. Build 1030 I am using a Windows 7 x64 and when I installed the newest By player (v 2.52 build 1030) and this is the error that is displayed when I try to play a movie. http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/1...yerproblem.jpg By nemesizz at 2010-03-24 http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/1...erproblem2.png By nemesizz at 2010-03-24 I was able to play all the movies with previous version of BS player and now sudenly the codecs are missing. What should I do ? |
1. run codecmanager.exe and install all internal codecs if problem persists try 2. How to blacklist non-functioning filters / codecs? in Frequently asked questions - BS.Player wiki |
I recall VP6-7 error some builds ago (with VP6 and VP7 ON codecs installed ;) ) |
I've fixed the same problem after i uninstalled both BS player and all codecs that i had before, I've downloaded the newest K-lite codec and after it I installed BS player again and when asked me to update codecs (which was strange coz it it show them as out of date when they are freshly installed new ones) i pressed "Cancel" installation finished and when i run BS it played all videos w/o any problems. PS: I use Win 7 x32. |
Install an older version Hi, I had precisely the same problem. Win7 N, x64, BSPlayer only plays audio with .avi files. I installed version 1.something and everything works fine now. Best, Mircea |
