ML - cant open

I installed BS player Free. On my comp i have 4 accounts but only in 1 account i can open MEDIA LIBRARY and PLAYLIST. The other accounts works fine but i cant open ML an PL.
BS Player is far far the best player on the pc. I ll bought it but it must works for all accounts. Thx for help.

What's your OS? (If Vista or Win7 your problem may well be UAC-related.)
I think - upon installation - BS.Player asks how to install.
Did you make the correct choices for your wishes?
