What's The VobSub ??

Hi Everybody , my name is Ahmed I'm From Cairo . Yesterday I Downloaded a Movie Then I Opened It With The BS Player I got this message saying : A Decoder For the new track not found Track Type : VobSub ?????
But When I Opened It With Windows Media Player It Worked !!!
What Should I do to get the movie works with the BS player ??:frown::frown::frown:

Please Fellas Help Me Please Don't Ignore :frown:

Did you install all codecs with codecmanager.exe?
