desktop mode not avaible

i cant use desktop mode. here is the SShttp://i.hizliresim.com/eyng5N.png

i'm using samsung laptop windows 8

I believe that Windows 8 and later doesn't support Desktop Mode due the rendering methode implemented in Win8.
