How to integrate the controls with the video screen

Hi,

I just tried to find the answer or do it myself though with no luck, can you guys tell me how can i integrate the controls panel with the video screen? Like how VLC is when it first comes up. Upon full screen the controls should be also shown under (how the taskbar line is) Any help please?

Simple but frustrating

Options -> preferences -> general -> stick video window to the control window ?
When playing in fulll screen, just move the mouse to the bottom or the top and controls will show up.

Thanks for the reply, but i dont want to be "that guy" but i couldnt find that option, there are a few "snap this to that" though those dont work.
