Acces violation addres at 0069A0F3 at bsplayer.exe read of address 00000000

Hello i ve been using the bsplayer for a long time now .. and it stopped working the past hour and it gives me this message
Acces violation addres at 0069A0F3 at bsplayer.exe read of address 00000000
i have trying to uninstall it and re install it but it doesnt seem to work can someone pls help me fix it? Im using the latest version of bs
