Disable hotkey + and - in fullscreen mode? [Fix]

Hi all, exist any form to disable hotkey "+" Resize movie window + and
"-" Resize movie window -, in fullscreen mode? thanks in advance for any suggestion.

In spanish lenguage not appear Pan In hotkey and pan out (same hotkey + and -), to resolve change to english edit hotkey and change again to spanish, simply fix, thanks anywere
Bug in translation spanish not apear Pan In and Pan out hotkey configure.

What is wrong with Spanish translation for Pan in resp. pan out (for full screen mode) in respectively "Disminuir Panorámica" and "Aumentar Panorámica"?
and for windowed mode (Resize movie window +/-): "Cambiar tamaño de la ventana de reproducción +" respectively "Cambiar tamaño de la ventana de reproducción -"
Further: the choice of language (or translation) has no influence on the function itself.
