It is possible to do a vertical volume bar ?

OK, I now understand you don't wish to create and/or use a customized volume-control, but the "default" volume-control, but then in a vertical in stead of a horizontal position. :?
I'm afraid I have no solution for that, nor have I seen any skin that has such feature. Indeed (same as you) all vertical volume-controls that I've seen (and there are quite a few) are "customized" types.
