smaller skin

I noticed that the (classic v2.5),(a-card) and the (creative v3.5 MOD) all have a smaller skin underneath the big one how do I get the smaller skin to load or switch to it??

(Forget the part about "minimizing" the main window=control panel; it is not necessary for the new version 1.0)
