involontary stroke

hi all

i've made some skins successfully but the one i'm working on now just kills me. please won't someone be kind enough to help me? i cannot
for the life of me get rid of a 1pxl stroke (border) around it showing the
background color, that is supposed to be transparent. (i'm using photoshop 7.0)

would be extremely thankful for any tips.
