Hi guys.... i need help to find a skin
The skin name is InspiratSE_BS...here a topic with a screenshot

Yeah make .bsz and upload it into SKINS section.

Yeah it works, but i had to restart BS.Player for skin to "work".

Before restarting have you also tried to press CTRL+G?
It should refresh the skin... otherwise you might had found a bug :lol:

I would love to see someone make a dark skin that looked like the version 1 base skin. Or at least something like that :)

You did already check BS.Player's skin-section for a possible skin of your liking I presume? Anyhow, why don't you also give it a try yourself, using Tizio's Skinmaker-application: click here.
Or you can also easily darken the existing Base-skin (e.g. using gamma-correction) in a basic graphics-application/picture-editor like I've done hereunder (un-zip the file to get the bsz-skin-file):
